Gabay-Aral Program
To fill knowledge gaps and bridge any educational disparities by providing opportunity for children to catch up on missed concepts or reinforce foundational skills that may have been overlooked such as reading. |

Gabay-Aral Mobile
The CCMF launched the Mobile Gabay-Aral Program in October 2024 as part of its integration efforts to expand its reach to nearby communities in Payatas and Bagong Silangan, Quezon City. By bringing educational support, and values formation closer to these communities, the program aims to create inclusive opportunities for young learners to thrive academically and holistically. |

Early Learning Program
Hatid-Aral Program
The program was initiated upon finding out that many of CCMF’s ELP The HAP is limited to students from Bagong Silangan Elementary School, its adopted public school and partner where most of the beneficiaries pursue their elementary education. Some mothers of the students render service as “bus mothers” to monitor that only CCMF’s registered beneficiaries are accounted and paid for. |

Alternative Learning System (ALS)
CCMF is an accredited foundation that offers the ALS program. The DepEd’s Alternative Learning System (ALS) is a parallel learning system in the Philippines that provides opportunities for out-of-school youth and adult (OSYA) learners to develop basic and functional literacy skills, and to access equivalent pathways to complete basic education. |

Goodstart Program
This program aims to give both academic and skills training to enrolled students. CCMF enters into partnerships with other institutions to provide the skills training through their professionals, and then complements with the necessary academics, including English and Values Education. The skills trainings provided are either of the following:
The Goodstart program is open to ALS students, out-of-school youth and/or mothers who wish to complete secondary education or gain additional skills.

Bakery School Philippines
The need to provide better opportunities for underprivileged Filipino youth prompted Bakery School Foundation to open a Bakery School in the country. In partnership with the Consuelo Chito Madrigal Foundation (CCMF), Bakery School Philippines opened its doors to some 20 scholars on October 4, 2021.

graduates drop out of school due to lack of expenses to cover for their needs. As such, the Foundation decided to shoulder transportation expenses, through jeepney partners, so the parents can use the saved money for their children’s meal or school requirements.
